The only things I'd do is raise the contrast by the tiniest bit, then make it a large-scale print.
Then I'd matte it with black suede/velvet, and frame it with a gold-leafed 3-1/2" carved crown-moulding frame even. For an added macabre effect, the "ooze" coming from the head area can be re-done after printing with crimson paint, to give a 3D effect, and finish it off with a small dart in the center for a big finish. You could easily sell high quality stuff like that for quite the lofty sum, if done right.
